A welcome addition to the startup community at the Technology Center

Efnasmiðjan has recently joined the group of start-ups at the Technical Center. Efnasmiðjan's characteristics are product designers Inga Kristín Guðlaugsdóttir and Elín Sigríður Harðardóttir, who have in recent years been funded and managed a project entitled "Lupine in the Light - Fibers of the Future" and which involves research and experiments in Alaskan lupine. The facilities at the Technical Center will be used well for this research, in addition to the fact that experts from the Technical Center will be involved in certain aspects of the project.
